Why this course

The same credential must be readable by an HR system using SFIA and by a university using the EQF. Crosswalks are where the two worlds meet. Framework versions change (SFIA 10 is planned for Q4 2027), so governance is part of the skill.

What you will be able to do

  1. Build a crosswalk between two frameworks with documented decisions.
  2. Level credentials against responsibility-based and learning-based scales.
  3. Govern an organisational taxonomy: ownership, versioning and change requests.
  4. Validate a crosswalk with subject experts.
