Why this course

ICoBC's 2022 symposium concluded that adoption depends on champions more than on technology, and many programmes stop after the pilot. In Germany, works council involvement may be required when systems process employee performance data, which the course covers as an adoption step.

What you will be able to do

  1. Map stakeholders and their interests in a credential programme.
  2. Build a champion network and a communication plan.
  3. Handle common objections from managers, teaching staff or employee representatives.
  4. Plan the move from pilot to routine operation.
